If you exceed the limit of the AddressFinder Free plan, the service will pause and return an error message in place of search results. It will restart at the beginning of the next month, or immediately when you upgrade to a paid plan.
If you are on a Monthly Paid Plan and exceed the number of lookups associated with your plan, nothing will change. Your users will still be able to search for and collect address data. The extra lookups you use will be counted and charged for at the end of the month.
If you are on a Yearly Paid Plan and exceed the number of lookups associated with your plan, your plan will roll over to a new plan. This new plan will be the same as your current plan unless you have chosen to upgrade/downgrade to a different plan. Your access to address lookups will not be stopped or effected in any way during the plan rollover.
On all plans, we will notify you when you have used 80% of your limit so you will be aware of your usage as you go. You can upgrade your Free Plan to a paid plan at any time in order to prevent any limit associated errors. A Monthly Paid Plan can also be upgraded at any time in order to get a more economical plan.
