What is an “Address Lookup”?
An address lookup is counted when a user clicks on an address provided in the Addressfinder drop-down list. Prior to this click the user will start to input the address details. Addressfinder searches its records for addresses that match the details input. The most closely matched results are displayed in a drop-down list.
The searching and display of addresses is part of the process but is not counted as an address lookup. Only the click on an address in the drop-down box is counted as an address lookup.
